What we sell

By buying or downloading a Weave Press publication, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
Educational use only
Weave Press publications are educational material. They are not medical advice for any individual patient. They are not a substitute for clinical judgement at the bedside.
The author does not warrant outcomes from clinical use of this material. Diagnostic and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the clinician caring for the patient.
What you can do with a publication you bought
When you buy a Weave Press PDF, you get a single-user, non-transferable, non-resale, non-redistributable licence. The PDF is watermarked with the email address you used to buy it.
You may:
- Read it for personal study.
- Use it as a clinical reference in your own practice.
- Cite it in academic or professional work, with attribution.
- Quote up to 100 words at a time, with attribution, in articles, talks, or your own teaching.
What you cannot do
- Share the PDF file with colleagues, students, or anyone else.
- Upload it to a shared drive, course portal, WhatsApp group, Telegram channel, or any platform that lets others download it.
- Resell or relicense it.
- Republish, reproduce, or paraphrase substantial portions in your own publications, course materials, or commercial training.
- Strip, alter, or hide the watermark.
For longer quotations, course-pack inclusion, or any commercial training use, please write for written permission. We say yes to most reasonable academic requests.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Some titles have a discounted student price for current students with a valid college affiliation.
Payment is currently accepted by UPI. We may add other payment methods in future without changing these terms.
Delivery
After we receive and verify your UPI payment (using the transaction reference number you send us), we send your PDF to your WhatsApp number and email address. Delivery is usually within a few hours during standard business hours, IST. It can take longer at night, on Sundays, or on public holidays.
If you have not received your file within 24 hours of paying, please write to us, we will sort it out.
Refunds
Digital publications are non-refundable once delivered, except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund Policy.
Student pricing
Student pricing is offered in good faith. If a buyer claims the student price without a valid current college affiliation, we may reverse the discount (recover the full price) or revoke the licence to the publication.

All Weave Press publications, text, illustrations, layout, design, are © Dr Wilfred D'souza, 2026, all rights reserved. Buying a copy does not transfer copyright.
Quoting up to 100 words with attribution is permitted (see above). Anything beyond that, or any reuse in commercial or institutional teaching material, requires written permission. Email us, it is usually a quick yes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a Weave Press publication or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant publication.
We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
