Kundly
— the psychiatry way.
Tell us your story — the real one, not the polished one. A psychiatrist will read it carefully and write you back a reflection. Not a diagnosis. Not a medical test. A careful reading, given as a gift.
No account. No phone number. No name required to begin.
How it works
Step 1
Write your story
Six chapters. One question at a time. About 30–40 minutes, but you can save and come back. No right answers — just honest ones.
Step 2
Get your Spark
The moment you submit, we'll read your story and write you a short reflection — the first quick read. You'll see it on the screen in about a minute.
Step 3
Your full letter, in 2–4 days
Dr. Wilfred will read your story carefully and write you a longer Reflection Letter. It arrives on WhatsApp within 2–4 business days.
What Kundly is — and what it isn't.
Kundly is a free preliminary reflection on what you share with us. It's here to light your inner world up a little — to show you patterns you might not have seen yourself, name some of the strengths you've been carrying, and gently point at directions that could help.
It is not a diagnosis. It is not a medical test. It is not a substitute for a proper conversation with a clinician.
A real understanding of what's going on for you only comes from actual therapy or diagnostic sessions — where someone can sit with you, ask follow-up questions, and meet you where you are. If reading your Kundly makes you curious about going deeper — to feel less bad, to get better, to understand yourself more fully, or to unlock things you know are in you — booking a proper session is how that happens.
There is no rush. Everyone arrives when it's their time.
Who reads your story
Dr. Wilfred Dsouza — psychiatry resident at KMCRI, under the supervision of consultant psychiatrist Dr. Niharika. He reads every submission personally before your letter is sent. No interns. No farm-outs. No AI replying for him.
