Weave Press publications are digital files. Once a PDF has been delivered to your WhatsApp or email, the file is yours, the order cannot be undone. For that reason, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
We recommend reading the publication's preview, sample pages, and description carefully before paying. If anything is unclear, write first.
We will refund (or, if you prefer, redeliver) in the following situations:
In any of these cases, we will first try to redeliver a clean copy. If redelivery does not solve it, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days of confirming the issue.

Refunds are paid back to the same UPI account you used for the original payment. We do not refund to a different account or bank.

If a buyer paid the student price without being a current student, that is not a refund issue but a pricing one. In that case, we may reverse the discount and recover the full price, or revoke the licence to the publication. See our Terms & Conditions.
The rules above are the limit of what we are obliged to do. In real life, we tend to err on the side of being kind. If you write to us in good faith with a problem, we will try to make it right, even where we did not strictly have to.
